This spacious bedroom has a huge super king 4 poster bed, walk in wardrobe and original fireplace. Many original features and furniture.
Recently renovated shower room is shared with the Twin Room below. Slate tiles, powerful shower and underfloor heating.

This stunning bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, huge comfortable bed and beautiful views over farmland towards the Solway Firth and Scotland.
The ensuite bathroom has a huge claw-foot bath - wonderful for a long relaxing soak after a day on the fells.
The room has its own wooden staircase up to a converted Cock Loft which has twin beds - ideal for children.
This lovely room is situated between the 4 Poster and Ensuite Room. A beautiful room with it's own fireplace, pastel colours and twin beds that can also be used as a super king.
Shower room is shared with the 4 Poster Room (see above for image).

The cosy Inglenook Room is dominated by the huge Inglenook fireplace with open fire. Original stone floors, doors and ceiling beams.
This room can be used for more formal dining if required and is stunning when candlelit.
The living room is very cosy indeed. Beamed ceilings, a huge log burner, comfortable sofa and three chairs, together with piano and Freeview TV / DVD.

Situated in the former stables and still with its part cobbled floor, and warming Aga, the stable kitchen is where most people gravitate to. It is well equipped with large fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, but yet retains many of the original features and charm.
There is a dining table and chairs for breakfast / dinner.
A stable door with stunning views out of the door over farmland towards the Solway Firth & Scotland. Nothing but peace and quiet except the sound of birds and sheep.
Stunning sunsets are a regular occurrence.

DOGS / HORSES - Well behaved dogs are welcome BUT please note this is a farming area with other dogs, hens and sheep. Horses also welcome - livery is provided at the bottom of the hill at Snittlegarth.
